This is a project I am really passionate about! It was an amazing opportunity and honor to work with the incredible Magdalena Maleeva - a sport icon and passionate green activist! Her motivation and drive manifest in Gorichka - a nonprofit organization focused on education, debate and talk for a sufficient future.

 

This project highlights the release of the Gorichka manual for creating a communal veggie garden in an urban environment. The book is targeted towards citizens and institutions and focuses on the Dos and Don’ts of urban gardening, giving advice based on experience and encouraging people to get involved in producing their own food.

For me it was amazing working with Gorichka and learning about their projects and goals. Another interesting aspect was working with live footage from the actual gardens they grew and combining that with illustrations and additional animated visuals.
